Goshen to Goshen to Goshen Coffee Ruck

Two Goshen Coffees? Yup. We will start at the one in Edwardsville at 6120 Shoger Drive (on Highway 157 near Edwardsville High School) ruck to the new Goshen Coffee in Glen Carbon and take and unexpected path back. And, yes, we will ruck partially on the MCT Goshen Trail. Expect some limited off trail rucking.

FYI, most of us park in the "back," by the drive through, on Partners drive.

Expect 5ish miles and, duh, a coffee stop.

Come early at 7 am for a sandbag/ruck training workout of the day (SRT WOD).
