🎣🎣🎣Calling all fishing enthusiasts ages 6-16, join us at the Brackenridge Recreation Complex for our first ever Youth Catfish Tournament! The event will be held on Saturday, June 14th at the Brackenridge Park & Campground Pavilion from 7AM – 1PM!
👧👦Age groups:
• 6-10 & 11-16
🌟Tournament Categories:
• Jackpot Heaviest Catfish
• Jackpot Smallest Catfish (by weight – must be legal length)
• Heaviest Five Catfish Stringer
• Fisherman’s Choice
💰🏆Prizes:
• 1st place in each category will receive $50 prize money and a trophy!
• 2nd - 3rd place in each category will receive a trophy!
**First 50 participants to register will receive a bucket and fishing towel.
⌚Time:
• Poles in at 7:00AM
• Weigh-In at 1:00PM
• Onsite registration is from 7:00AM – 9:00AM (CASH ONLY)
🔴Fees & Registration:
• Registration kicks off on Monday, April 28th @ 9:00 AM!
• $10 per child (BRC Campers ONLY)
• $20 per child (non-campers)
• If you’re camping at The Brackenridge Recreation Complex, there will be a form on our website labeled “Camper Registration Form”. Fill it out and email it to
QlJDIHwgTE5SQSAhIG9yZw==. Once we receive your form via email, we will attach the entry fees to your reservation. It is YOUR responsibility to call the Brackenridge Park Office to pay for your entry.
• If you are not camping at the BRC and would like to pre-register, there will be a separate online form labeled “Non-Camper Registration Form” that you can fill out and pay online with a debit/credit card.
• Onsite registration is CASH ONLY.
