Join MasterChef Canada alumna Mai Nguyen for an unforgettable afternoon in the Vietnamese kitchen as you prepare three iconic favourites—starting with Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi, followed by Vermicelli Bowls topped with grilled Shrimp and Beef Betel Leaf Rolls. Weather permitting, you’ll head out to our patio to fire up the BBQ and grill your proteins to perfection, before using any leftovers to make a fresh and flavourful assortment of Salad Rolls. Mai will share her expert tips and techniques throughout the class, helping you unlock the bold, aromatic flavours that define Vietnamese cuisine in this fun and hands-on culinary experience
