We’ll begin with a grounding yin yoga practice, guided through long-held, gentle poses that target deep connective tissue. As you settle into each shape, you’ll create space in both body and mind - inviting stillness, surrender, and release.

From there, you’ll transition into a meditative sound bath infused with the healing power of acupuncture. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, calming the nervous system and restoring energetic balance.

As the sound surrounds you, our licensed acupuncturist will offer gentle, targeted acupuncture to enhance your relaxation and healing. This powerful combination supports stress relief, better sleep, reduced pain, and a sense of inner harmony.
