Sunday Sanctuary: A Yoga and Sound Healing Series

A weekly return to rest, reflection, and renewal.

Sunday Sanctuary is your invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.

This 6-week series offers a sacred pause at the end of each week, blending restorative yoga with a rotating selection of healing practices such as somatics, meditation, sound healing, and energetic alignment. Half of the sessions will be guided by Taylor and half by Trista, giving you the gift of two unique teaching styles and approaches to healing. Sound Healing will be used in a each of the sessions in different ways.

Each class includes long-held supported postures, gentle breathwork, and guided practices designed to soothe your nervous system and reconnect you with your inner landscape.

Come for deep rest. Leave feeling softer, clearer, and more rooted in yourself.

No experience is required. All bodies are welcome.

The full series is just $99, which works out to only $16.50 per class.
