Silks 1 Series

No experience necessary! This class is open to all fitness abilities!​ Ages 16+ This Aerial Silks Level 1 session will take place on the same day, at the same time, for 6 weeks. We will work from supported positions near the ground first and progress to free fabrics as you learn foundational movements. You'll be introduced to inversions and climbing on the silks.

A note on conditioning: You don't have to worry about not being strong or flexible enough when starting out! But keep in mind that learning the fundamental skills will open the door to further challenge and provide enjoyment in aerials. We build on the basics for every higher skill level - without them we risk discouragement and injury.

ALLERGY ALERT: Please note: ROSIN is a grip aid for aerial silks. ROSIN can create an allergic reaction within folks that have a pine allergy. It is imbedded in the fabric
