Join Laura from Beyond the Bend and Tamara from Creative Spark Art for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your body, awaken your creative spirit, and feel deeply grounded.
This unique 5-hour experience blends:
🧘 Gentle Somatic & Restorative Yoga

🎨 Guided Mandala Art Creation
🫖 Tea, Journaling, and Soulful Reflection
We’ll begin with calming yoga and breath practices to soften your nervous system and bring you into presence. From this grounded place, you’ll be guided through a mandala art process — no experience needed, just a willingness to explore. We’ll close the day with restorative rest, journaling, and a heartfelt circle to integrate the experience.
