Kimchi Masterclass: From Fermentation to Stove-Top Creations

Join MasterChef Canada alumna Mai Nguyen for an immersive culinary experience as you learn to make kimchi from scratch, mastering the traditional fermentation techniques and flavours that make this Korean staple so beloved.

Plus, Mai will teach you how to transform your homemade kimchi into a selection of Korean favourites, including the comforting Kimchi-jjigae (stew), crispy and savoury Kimchijeon (pancakes), and flavourful Kimchi Fried Rice.

As a special bonus, participants will take home a jar of their homemade kimchi, made during the class. This class is perfect for food enthusiasts looking to expand their culinary skills and dip their toes into the world of fermentation.
