Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for a vibrant evening of Caribbean cooking, beginning with Jerk Mahi Mahi paired with a refreshing Mango Salsa—the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. Then, inspired by the bold flavours of Jamaica, you'll learn to make flaky Beef Patties with their signature spiced filling, followed by a fragrant Chicken Curry simmered in a coconut sauce infused with warm spices and the fiery kick of Scotch bonnet peppers. We'll end the night on a sweet note with a Tropical Fruit Salad.
