Burgers & Buns

Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for our in-person Hamburger Masterclass and you'll learn how to make all the fixings for your homemade burgers, from scratch. Together we'll bake up a batch of burger buns, then we'll grind our own meat for burgers that you'll learn to BBQ or pan sear, depending on your preference. Making your own Smash Burgers is an option too! Plus we'll fry up a batch of fries and make our own quick pickles, caramelized onions and rhubarb ketchup to pair with our burgers and buns.
