You are invited into a sacred space, one designed to soften your edges, calm your nervous system, and open your heart to the love that already lives within you.
On Saturday, August 23, we’ll gather in a small, intentional group to move gently inward.
Through two deeply healing Spinal Flow sessions, guided journaling, mindful movement, and heart-opening meditation, we will release what no longer serves and make room for the truth of who you are.
This day is an offering. A pause. A chance to return to yourself, fully, lovingly, and without judgment.
You’ll be welcomed into a supportive, intentional space that invites your body to soften, your nervous system to regulate, and your spirit to speak.
Together we will:
• Set intentions and ground in community
• Experience two Spinal Flow sessions to reconnect body and energy
• Reflect through guided journaling and self-inquiry
• Move and breathe to awaken what’s ready to rise
• Receive a sacred heart-opening session to deepen self-love and inner connection
• Integrate with gentle sharing, sacred pause, and nourishing snacks
This experience is for anyone ready to reconnect to themselves, feel more at home in their body, and begin living from a place of softness and truth.
