Preserving Fruits - Edmond Library

This program will take place at the Edmond Library.

Family and Consumer Sciences Educator Taylor Conner will teach participants how to preserve fresh summer fruits by freezing and dehydrating. Participants will enjoy an optional taste test of samples of frozen fruit smoothies and dehydrated fruit leather.

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication or program information or reasonable accommodation need to contact Taylor Conner, event host/coordinator at at least two weeks prior to the event
