End your busy week by floating in an aerial hammock, suspended from the ceiling. Allow your body to relax and rejuvenate as you enjoy a sound bath where you will be immersed in soothing and therapeutic sounds that include singing bowls, gongs, native drums, chimes, and other instruments. Our sound baths promote deep relaxation, release tension and stress, and facilitate a meditative state for a mindful and rejuvenating experience. They can also help to balance and harmonize the body’s energy centers, or chakras, for overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. So, bring a friend and come float with us!
