"WHAT IS REIKI?" talk

Join Maija Kovalevska, Reiki Master Teacher and founder of
"Healing Hands Edinburgh The Reiki School", (16+ years of Reiki practice, 8+ years of teaching) for an in-person evening exploring the holistic approach and energy healing

In this engaging 90-minute gathering, Maija will:
🌿 Introduce Reiki as a healing therapy and spiritual system
🌿 Share her journey and insights as a Reiki practitioner and teacher
🌿 Discuss how Reiki supports healing, deep relaxation, and emotional balance
🌿 Explore what “healing” really means in the context of energy work

The talk will conclude with a 20-minute group Reiki session, giving you the opportunity to relax and receive healing energy in a peaceful, supportive space.
Whether you're new to Reiki or curious to go deeper, this talk will offer clarity, inspiration, and a calming experience.
