Improvers Handstand Workshop with Manuelle Debunne - £35

Join us for a fun workshop aimed at improving your handstand alignment, shapes, and entries, including press to handstand. Using the support of the primary and intermediate series, we will explore how to integrate certain drills into your daily practice to continue your growth.

What to Expect:
During this workshop, we will explore handstand alignment and the different shoulder positions encountered in ashtanga (classic HS vs. Vrschikasana vs. bakasana), various leg shapes, entries to handstand and the different presses (straddle, tuck and pike). We will use the wall and props to adjust the difficulty of each exercise, and you may be paired up to assist each other. We will also discuss wrist and shoulder prehab and rehab, which are important to avoid injuries as your practice intensifies.

This workshop is aimed at improvers who can kick up to a handstand (with or without the wall) and hold it for 30s . You should be able to kick up without the wall and be comfortable falling out of a handstand.
