Tai Chi and Tea at Craigentinny Garden

We are delighted to have Char Intihar back at the garden to offer Tai Classes again for free to the community.

Our Tai Chi classes will be on every Tuesday evening starting the 12th August at 6.30pm - 8pm the last class will be on the 16th September.

The class will run for one hour and there will be a chance to stay after for a cuppa tea and a chat. These will be drop in classes and completely free. You can come every week or just do one or a few. the classes will be a bit different each week so if you come every week you will learn more.

Please wear comfy clothes and if light rain is forecast maybe some water proofs. We will put up the shelter if there is a small amount of rain so we can take shelter until it passes. If classes will be cancelled we will advertise on our social media and on our WhatsApp group.
