Open Training session, primarily intended for existing/returning club players, as well as new players who wish to participate in one of the Club's National League teams. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes earlier and assist with setting up the posts + net.

- Men’s Session 5:45-7.20 pm (coaches: Ola and Liam)
- Women’s Session 7.20-8.45 (coach: Kenny)
