Signature Pilates
A dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This class emphases the core principles of Pilates: control, precision, breath, and alignment – but brings a modern twist. Throughout the class, you'll flow through a series of exercises that target key muscle groups, with a special focus on developing core stability, improving posture, and increasing joint mobility.
Sculpt
Get ready to tone, tighten, and transform your body in our high-energy Sculpt Class, a full-body workout designed to build strength, enhance definition, and boost endurance. Using a combination of light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on controlled, precise movements that target all major muscle groups.
