Sound healing group

Join us on Saturday for an evening of sound stillness, gentle meditation, breathwork and healing vibrations from soothing instruments🎵🎼

This group sound healing session will be guided by voice and the vibration of instruments — designed to soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind and invite deep rest.

No experience needed — just bring some water, own journal if you have and something comfy to wear and let the sound hold you😌
