Sister Circles

Our monthly Sister Circles offer a small but meaningful way to honour women. By acknowledging the historical wounds that live within and between us, and choosing instead to nurture sisterhood and our bond with the Earth, we can begin to mend what was broken.

The group will be intentionally small—up to 10 women—to foster intimacy and a sense of safety. Pre-booking is encouraged. We will agree to uphold confidentiality and follow clear guidelines that support kindness, respect, and emotional safety. The circle will be held ceremonially, with elements of ritual to honour the sacredness of this work.

Our gatherings will include group sharing, meditation and embodiment practices, womb activation, and paired exercises. The structure is intended to support deep connection, healing, and transformation. As a living process, the group will evolve over time in response to the collective needs and energy of its members.
