Join me for Spark - where everyone starts. A beginner class for people who are new or returning to pilates and want to get the essentials down first and foremost while still being challenged in a small group setting.
We'll cover the foundations - core, posture, control and breathing through the shakes. Simple moves, fully explained and options to go at your own pace. Yes, you will still feel like an absolute machine.
