Pregnancy Relaxation Circles

Each session combines birth prep, breath work, gentle movement and a guided meditation to create a relaxing and calming evening. There is also time for a chat and cup of tea.

Week 1 - Birth Rights and making informed decisions
Week 2 - How Birth Works and what to expect during each stage/phase of labour
Week 3 - Building a positive mindset with Hypnobirthing
Week 4 - Fear Release

I am to make this an inclusive space for all pregnant people. You are very welcome, whatever your gender, sexuality or family set-up.

Accessability info - The entrance is step free. There is a step into the toilet.
