FREE Couch to 5k
COUCH to 5K

Harmeny are launching a new Couch to 5k course which will take place at Saughton Park (meeting next to the sports centre) every Thursday from 5.45pm-6.25pm - starting on 14th August.

Our qualified coaches will cater for anyone brand new to running or someone who is returning to running after some time off, with the aim to be able to run 5k by the end of the 10-week course.

And it's TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE!
