Festive Aromatherapy Workshop: Create Personalised Perfume & Festive Gifts

Step away from the queues and the chaos and enjoy a slower start to the gifting season with something heartfelt and handmade!

Join me for the first session of Slow Season Rituals an immersive experience celebrating mindful gift-making, seasonal scent, and self-care - at the beautiful Calm & Chaos studio in Edinburgh.

In this calming, hands-on workshop, you’ll explore seasonal scents and be guided through the process of blending your own therapeutic perfume, using high-quality essential oils chosen to balance and support you through the darker months. You’ll discover the beauty and power of aromatherapy, learning how each oil works aromatically and emotionally, and leave equipped to create blends that can become supportive tools and enrich daily rituals.

Everyone will have the opportunity to create two bespoke items – a therapeutic perfume (for yourself or someone you love) and your choice of either an ambience mist or restorative bath salts. For those drawn to a little extra magic, there’ll be an optional intuitive card pull to inspire your ritual blend!

Then bring your creations to life with beautiful wrapping – tissue, ribbons, botanicals, and a little festive sparkle.

You’ll also have time to browse a curated pop-up shop featuring àile products, wellbeing tools, crystals, and gift vouchers – ideal for conscious gifting.

Seasonal herbal tea, mulled wine, and festive treats are included, everything we need for a cosy, creative afternoon together.
