About this Series

If you’ve been curious about breathwork but unsure where to start, this is your chance to experience it for yourself.

The Power Within is a series of introductory 9D Breathwork sessions designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner strength. Each journey is unique — you can come to one, a few, or all four.

Normally £25 per session, these have been reduced to £15 to make it easier for anyone to join and try this powerful work. My goal is simple: to remove barriers to healing and help more people experience how transformative conscious breath can be.

Whether you’re new to 9D or returning from a previous taster, you’re welcome here.
Each session stands alone, but together they form a full cycle of awakening, clarity, release, and renewal.

The Journey Arc

Week 1 – (10th Nov) The Awakening.
Reawaken your focus and inner drive.
A dynamic 9D Breathwork journey to clear mental fog, restore energy, and reconnect you with purpose.

Week 2 – (17th Nov) Self Mastery.
Learn to meet challenges with calm power.
Strengthen your foundation and emotional resilience.

Week 3 – (24th Nov) Letting Go & Moving On.
Clear old stories and emotional weight.
Create space for renewed motivation and growth.

Week 4 – (1st Dec) Unleash Your Power.
The hero session.
An empowering close that builds courage, calm confidence, and self-trust — a reminder that your power has always been within you.

How It Works

Each session is £15 and must be booked individually.

Open to first-timers and returning participants.

Small group setting — 12 spaces per session.


Next Steps

This 4-week series is a great introduction to the power of breathwork.
For those who want to go deeper, a 12-week transformation program will begin mid-January at Cockenzie House — more details coming soon.
