Edinburgh Sound Journey

Join us at Christ Church Morningside, Edinburgh for an experience of deeply relaxing sound and vibrations with your practitioners Greig & Cari Silver.

We invite you to immerse in a deep sound journey, surrounded by a unique collection of gongs and Himalayan bowls that will relax and inspire.

Sound journeys have been found to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and improving overall mental health. The vibrations and frequencies produced during a sound journey can help reduce cortisol levels, induce relaxation, and promote a sense of well-being. Additionally, it has been known to improve sleep quality, boost mood, and even alleviate symptoms of conditions like chronic pain, PTSD, and depression. Overall, sound journeys can be a powerful tool in addressing various health issues and enhancing overall wellness.

The session will last approximately 1.5 hours.
Please wear cosy, loose-fitting clothing and bring a warm blanket, pillow and something very comfortable to lie on (a yoga mat alone is not usually comfortable enough).
Eye masks and hot water bottles are also recommended if you have them.
