18th January FREE workshop FIND YOUR COURAGE THROUGH ART

Art can be not only fun, but also a tool to find out more about ourselves. If you are the type of person that loves to develop your own Consciousness and Spirit, this workshop is for you So, let the Spirit fly high and free!



What does “courage” mean to you? To fly even freer and feeling like you fully spread your magical wings, during the Artistic workshop we will speak about crossing our own thresholds. And then we will paint the situations in which we want to feel stronger and braver!



Art can help in finding the courage to make change within all of us :)One of my thresholds to cross was... singing in public. My heart beated quicker when I just imagined doing that. But I wanted to challenge myself and my uncomfortable feelings, so during one of my vernissages, I decided to sing for the public :) After that, my borders of courage are wider!
