- **Event Description**: In an energy framework, trauma lives as dense, stuck, sharp, heavy energy that lingers in and around the body. It thickens and hardens and accumulates like dust piling up over wounds that have never had access to the right conditions and space they need to fully heal.
Living with this energy can leave us feeling frightened; stuck; lost; ashamed; frustrated; confused, and disconnected from ourselves: unable to access or express our life force, fun, passion, passion, purpose and personality, and repeating past patterns.
The good news is that trauma, like any form of energy, can be moved and transformed, leaving us feeling freer, lighter, and more present in our lives; enabling us to find our home in our bodies, unblock our voices, and reclaim our choices.
In the FREE Yourself from Trauma Introductory workshop, we will safely and non-judgmentally meet and express some of the stuck energy living in and around our bodies. We will give it physical form, for it to be witnessed and released. 
We will then move into a Kundalini-Inspired kriya, which retunes our nervous system and targets the hips and the shoulders (where the energy of trauma is often stored for women). We shake off trauma, shake up our bodies, and wake up to our own previously suppressed power. 
We will finish by sharing and expressing the new, flowing, free, light energy that we have discovered in ourselves through creativity and dance.



This FREE workshop is for Adults women only and  is sponsored by CORRA and HENRY DUNCAN GRANTS
By attending this class you release Sabrina Golds from The Soul Doctress, Giada Gaslini and Art and Spirituality Cic, from any liability arising out of any personal injuries, emotional or physical release, death, physical reaction, expectations of results, theft in the venue or damages that may happen to people and objects while attending.
