In our fast-paced world, we rarely pause to connect with what's happening inside us.

When did you last check in with your feelings?

This workshop invites you to slow down, tune in, and give voice to your emotions through creative expression. Whether you're feeling joy, sadness, excitement, or uncertainty – all emotions are welcome and valid here.


What You'll Experience:

A supportive space to explore your inner landscape

Freedom to choose your preferred medium – painting, drawing, or mixed techniques

The joy of creating something uniquely yours using colors, shapes, and forms

Connection with others on a similar journey of self-discovery


No artistic experience required – just bring yourself and an open heart.
All materials and guidance will be provided.

It is FREE and is aimed at adults, women, etnic minorities, any individuals from low-income background. Suitable for all levels experience.

By attending this class you release the teacher, Giada Gaslini and Art and Spirituality Cic, from any liability arising out of any personal injuries, emotional or physical release, death, physical reaction, expectations of results, theft in the venue or damages that may happen to people and objects while attending.


Pictures will be taken during the workshop, if you prefer not to be in them, please inform the teacher.
