We’re continuing our mission to promote runner safety with an empowering new event — a Pilates and Self Defense class designed to strengthen both body and mind.

Join us for the Pilates Protection Program, a unique class combining mobility, core strength, and real-life self-defense skills to help you move better and feel safer.

$25 per class — includes a $5 discount for Tri-City Running Club members!

This class is for all levels and is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the tools to protect and prioritize wellness. Let’s build a stronger, safer community—together.
