You're invited to Region One’s Free Community Mental Health Day on Saturday, May 31st at the Region One Event Center! This year’s theme is “Turn Awareness into Action”—a celebration focused on mental wellness, connection, and community strength. Join us for a fun-filled day featuring family games, hands-on crafts, coloring activities, and a special author meet & greet.

Whether you're looking to relax, learn, or simply enjoy time with loved ones, there’s something for everyone. Let’s come together to support mental health in a meaningful (and fun!) way—admission is free and all are welcome!
