Sax Summer Soundbath

Join us for a mellow Sax Soundbath this summer, where we'll mix it up with sounds of saxophone with gongs, bowls, flow chimes and drum. We’ll start with a herbal tea and a gentle grounding before settling into the sound journey. It’s happening at The Rhythm Room in Carrick-on-Shannon, just 15 minutes from the Sligo–Dublin train or bus. All welcome, bring water, mat whatever you like (we have spares, so no panic)
