It's also an opportunity to meet new people with similar interests and there'll be some time for discussion at the beginning and end of each class.

Whether you're new to soundbaths or a seasoned listener, this series offers a unique experience through 3 different genres of sound. 

What you'll need: blanket, journal, water

What is the structure: 90 min class with some time at the beginning for discussion and at the end to debrief.
