Okay, listen...this is not your average tasting. Jonathan Edelman, co‑founder of Foolhardy Vintners, is rolling into Edgewood with wines that are ridiculous in all the right ways. He and Dan Sogg launched this label back in 2016, and they’ve been obsessed with making ripe, vibrant, fruit‑forward wines—old‑vine riffs, French‑oak finesse, zero drama, pure flavor.

Jonathan literally trained in Michelin‑star kitchens in France, worked tech in Paris, and spent a decade crafting Burgundy during harvest.

Dan was editing for Wine Spectator and now sources insane vineyards across Washington.

These guys don’t do anything halfway—they walk every row, hand‑sort every grape, taste obsessively, and pull barrels that balance fearless fruit with graceful weight.

Show up at 5, stay till 8, ask all the questions, get loose, get educated, get inspired — and walk out with way more wine cred than you came in with.
