Fitness in the Parks is BACK! Let's kick off the 2025 season with a BANG!!!

Meet us at the Staring Lake Amphitheater every Saturday at 8:30am for 60 mins of sweet dripping FUN. We will provide Ripstix, music and good times. You bring your Rockstar attitudes, a mat and water (and maybe some sun glasses)!

All Fitness in the Parks classes are FREE and open to all. This sounds like the perfect reason to grab a friend and join in on the fun.
