Yin Yoga & Relaxation

Ease out of the week and into the weekend on Friday with our monthly Yin Yoga and Relaxation class with Nic.

Treat yourself to a blissful hour of floor based postures supported by props like bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets allowing you to settle and relax into the longer holds for deep connective tissue release. The practice will end with a short sound bath to complete the relaxation.

It's for everyone!
If you're feeling in need of a deep stretch it's a great practice for releasing tight muscles and tissues helping improve joint mobility and circulation
If you're feeling a bit stressed or weary as the week comes to an end it will help bring a sense of calmness and ease to your mind and body refreshing you for the weekend ahead.
