YOGA 101 - Knowledge, Tips and Community to Begin Your Practice

This 2-hour workshop designed to help new students begin an informed yoga practice with success and confidence. The workshop is also appropriate for students who seek a review of yoga basics or who have been away from their mat for a while.

We will discuss what yoga is, the benefits of a consistent yoga practice, and tips for new students. The workshop will include a 60 minute beginner-friendly practice, and time for Q&A. Students should wear comfortable layers and bring a water bottle.

✅ Don't have a yoga mat? Use a studio mat for free!
