Restorative Yoga with Sara Martin

Rest is productive.
The goal of Restorative Yoga is to create a relaxation response in the nervous system. This practice is designed to create a pleasurable, peaceful and rejuvenated state of mind, body and spirit. Participants will be guided into four to five restorative yoga poses while resting on the back or side. Poses are fully supported by props and are practiced passively for 10 to 15 minutes each. This practice is accessible to all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Comfortable layered clothes (yes, even pajamas!) and socks are encouraged.

🌿 In-Person participants should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to set up their practice space and settle in. In-studio attendees will be provided with all props needed.

🌿 Online (Live Via Zoom) attendees should gather 2 bolsters or pillows, 2 blankets, and 2 blocks, as well as their mat and comfortable clothing to be able to immerse into the full experience.
