The Friday Table is more than a support group-it’s a space to explore the realities of mental health and substance-related recovery through honest conversation, shared experiences, and collective growth. Each session starts with a brief learning topic designed to spark discussion, introduce practical tools, and create opportunities for co-learning to flourish.
Together, we take a holistic approach to the challenges we face, seeing each other as whole people, not just our struggles, and honoring our unique, individual paths. With a focus on empowerment and individual choice, The Friday Table is a place to connect, heal, and build community.

Whether you sign up or not, you’re always welcome at The Friday Table. That said, registering helps us plan for seating and makes sure you get a reminder before the event.
