New Moon Sound Bath: Rooted In Rest And Release🌑

Let’s gather together under the dark night of the New Moon~a quiet time to soften, release, and begin again.

This sound bath is an invitation to gently let go of what’s been heavy and create space for what’s ready to come in. There’s no pressure to perform or fix. Just a moment to rest, to breathe, to be.

We’ll open with a simple intention-setting ritual and settle into a healing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and the soft rhythm of the wave drum. Let the vibrations move through you, clearing what needs clearing and calling in what wants to grow. 🌑✨

Cost is $20
Yoga mats, meditation, cushions, and blankets provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
