We’re thrilled to invite you to a hands-on, heart-filled pasta-making series hosted by Jill & Lilly’s Homemade in the welcoming kitchen at Forage, located just off Barstow Street in downtown Eau Claire.
Over the course of three Wednesday evenings in August (the 6th, 13th, and 20th, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM), we’ll guide you through the art of making traditional semolina-based pasta from scratch. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, and roll dough — and how to shape a few of our favorite handmade noodles. No fancy machines, no stress — just flour, hands, and a whole lot of laughter.
Whether you’re new to pasta making or just craving a fun midweek night out, we’ll wrap up each class with a cozy tasting of our fresh noodles served with Jill’s signature homemade pasta sauce. You can grab a glass of wine from the bar to enjoy with your pasta!
Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a date night — everyone is welcome at the table.
Spots are limited, so be sure to grab yours soon. Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
