Walking Club meets once a month on Saturday’s.

Join our June walk at Beckley Creek Park in Middletown, KY, part of the beautiful Parklands system.

June 21st, 10:30am, meet at the Splashpad. (Plenty of parking)

We’ll walk on a paved surface, around and near the Egg Lawn for 2 miles.

Walking has so many great health benefits! Connecting with others, fresh air and a coach who gets it- the winning combination !

$5, pay as you go or $40 annual. (Cash, Check or Venmo). We’ll have a mini goal setting session after the walk.

Everyone will get a membership card. Each punch on your card for attending will equal chances for prizes in December at our Christmas party. 🎉

Bring a water bottle and a high protein snack.
