Open Mic at EAC

Eastport Arts Center’s next Open Mic will be held Saturday, August 9! All ages and types of performers are welcome, but are limited to 10 minutes of stage time, including remarks. Sign-ups for performers will be taken starting at 5:30 pm, and the show will run from 6-8 pm.

This lively event, presented in a casual coffeehouse-style atmosphere, has become very popular, with always some surprises ‘at the mic.’ Attendees are asked to bring a donation of a non-perishable food item to support the local food pantry.

EAC strives to keep admission free for Open Mics; donations are gratefully accepted. EAC Concessions will be available beginning at 5:30 pm, with proceeds going towards events like these.
