Our special Seafood Festival menu includes:
1. Prince Edward Island Freshwater Mussels Freshwater mussels sauteed with garlic, shallots Spanish Chorizo, white wine, fresh basil Bourbon cream sauce served with housemade sun dried
tomato pesto focaccia bread.
2. Northern Pacific Rainbow Trout
8 oz. fresh Rainbow trout with freshgrilled pineapple salsa, grilled jumbo asparagus, coconut rice, toasted coconut, tarragon Beurre Blanc
3. 4 oz. Cherrywood Smoked Burrata Heirloom Tomato Salad Fresh Sliced Heirloom tomatoes, smoked burrata cheese, red wine balsamic reduction, chiffonade basil and crispy prosciutto
4. Lamb Shank (...for the Land Lover...)
Braised Australian hind shank slow cooked to melt in your mouth perfection served over creamy Arborio rice accompanied with roasted vegetables and covered with a red wine lamb broth.
5. Risotto Ai Gamberi
Pan fried Italian seasoned jumbo shrimp sauteed with fresh garlic, cherry tomatoes and spinach served over house made
risotto.
6. Cod Milanese
Pan fried Panko breaded and Italian seasoned fillet served over a bed of a mixed greens salad and fresh vegetables dressed in lemon Aioli.
7. Blackened Salmon
Pan fried Cajun seasoned fillet served with house-made risotto and spinach.
8. Panzanella
Housemade chopped croutons, cucumbers, onions, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, garlic, mixed greens, shaved Parmesan dressed with savory housemade Italian dressing and
topped with jumbo shrimp skewers.
