Operation BRIDGE - SRO/SSO Human Trafficking Awareness Training

You're invited to join the nonprofit Alliance Against Human Trafficking 501(c)(3) and GFWC Ohio Eastlake Women’s Club, along with other local, county, state, federal, and non-government agencies for the Ohio Department of Public Safety Bridge Day to Focus on Outreach to make connections to the Lake County’s “community’s prevention, treatment and/or recovery centers to raise awareness of resources” in our area. This year's focus is labor trafficking education. Topics will also include information relative to potential intersections with human trafficking victimization along with trauma-informed, survivor-centered resources, and much more. Cooperation and collaboration are essential for law enforcement agencies, Fire/EMS, medical professionals, social services, behavioral health services, educators, government and non-government organizations, the legal system, and community members to combat human trafficking and to provide trauma-informed, victim-centered comprehensive services for victims, survivors and at-risk individuals.
