Yoga Bellydance Fusion
Yoga Bellydance Fusion is all-level class that explores core strength and support through Bellydance movements and Embodyoga®. The class begins with a yoga sequence to ease into the space and practice as well as generate warmth in the body and mind. The second portion of class will be a practice of a few fundamental Bellydance movements which will be practiced with music. The class concludes with a yoga inspired cool down for centering and integrating. A cornerstone of Yoga Bellydance Fusion is to build sound movement practices for longevity and it presents a unique opportunity for personal exploration and growth.
