Throughout the year we will cycle through seasonally curated topics, including transformation, identity, values, resilience, motivation, vulnerability, and more! A blend of psychoeducation, guided activity, and group support/discussion, these workshops are meant to enhance and amplify your journey, wherever you may be on your path!
This offering invites you to take up space! We will: gently move our bodies in ways that challenge us to reach for what is needed, practice listening to our own voices expand across the room, and reflect on how we are seen by others vs how we see ourselves. Find the beauty that can be achieved through expansion of both branch and root as we Flourish together this month.

I am so happy and grateful to be working with Dreki Soul’s incredible community to create a unique and collaborative healing experience. Throughout my career, I've worked in health care systems, community-based care, and higher ed in a variety of roles including clinician, supervisor, consultant, instructor, and adjunct faculty. This feels like such a beautiful and natural next step for me as I love sharing my knowledge with others and facilitating interpersonal connection any way I can. I can't think of a better home for what I have to offer and I can't wait to see what the future has in store!
