Dreki Sangha (Free)

Come together to nourish our mind, body and souls with community, refreshments and meditation. There is no charge for this event - creating space for those who would like to gather. After our Sunday classes enjoy time to unwind and connect with like-minded souls.

In Tibetan Buddhist practice, the word “Sangha” refers to the community of people that surround and support you in your contemplative and spiritual journey. When we gather to share our hopes and challenges, we engage in a beautiful practice of mindfulness that extends beyond ourselves. This connection allows us to explore how meditation influences our lives and relationships. We take the profound insights from our individual practices and weave them into the fabric of our interactions. In this space, we learn to pause, reflect, and truly notice the moments before we react, enabling us to connect with our deeper intentions. Together, we cultivate a richer, more meaningful experience that nurtures our souls and strengthens our bonds.
