Connect & Play (Free)

Join us for a session of active rest through play! Connect with others, engage your inner child, utilize your senses, and work together (or in friendly motivating competition!) on solvable problems. Games will be curated each month to stimulate the release of neurotransmitters (like dopamine and norepinephrine) associated with reward and motivation, accomplishment and pleasure, curiosity and attention. If you are feeling shut down, burnt out, out of control, helpless, powerless, scattered, or overwhelmed, come connect and play!
