Spring - Sun, Sea And Sound Therapy

Celebrate spring in full swing with a seaside escape, healing and connection

Let's tap into that spring energy with a powerful reset for the mind, body and soul. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy relaxing activities by the beach. Let the soothing sounds of the waves and healing vibrations rejuvenate you on multiple levels.

We will combine a range of techniques including meditation, breathwork and sound therapy alongside intention setting and gratitude to amplify our manifestations.

Following the workshop, those who want to embrace a full cleanse and continue the connections may join an optional sauna session nearby - this will be at a small added cost.

Yoga mats will be provided, be sure to pack your pillow/blanket/eye mask.
